Career and experience:

Jo is an experienced, registered dietitian. Her extensive track record includes working as the dietetic lead for the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) community eating disorder service and for Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) cases in Worcestershire. Jo has been instrumental in developing efficient care strategies and resources for both services, helping to provide sensitive, meaningful and effective support for people experiencing a whole range eating disorders. Jo has particular experience of working with marginalised groups, people with complex learning needs, young people, adults with mental health problems, and elite athletes. She has designed and delivered a range of bespoke cooking workshops for young families, people with learning disabilities and their carers. She also delivers nutrition presentations, training programmes and food demonstrations to the public, health professionals and corporate groups.
